The following terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Purchases
While we will make all reasonable steps to ensure that the prices and descriptions for items on the website are accurate, we do not provide a warranty for the correctness or suitability of the information and goods displayed.
If an inaccuracy or error is discovered by us before dispatch of goods ordered, we are entitled not to fulfil the order. However, we will contact you as soon as possible by email to inform you of the correction that we need to make, and ask if you wish to continue with the order under the amended conditions, or to cancel the order. If the latter, we will refund the monies paid.
Goods will not be dispatched until paid for in full. If we have insufficient stock to fulfil your order, we will notify you as soon as possible, normally by email, and offer you the option of cancelling or amending your order with pro-rata refund of monies already paid.
Delivery Policy
Our maps and books are sent by national and international mail. We regret that we are unable to ship items outside of the European Union, Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland. The shipping costs are as follows:
Deliveries within Ireland
Free delivery on orders of three items or more. Otherwise:
- 1 item: €2
- 2 items: €4
Deliveries within the European Union, Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland
Free delivery on orders of three items or more. Otherwise:
- 1 item: €3
- 2 items: €6

Delivery Times
We aim to supply orders within the reasonable time frames outlined below. If for some reason we cannot do so, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and ask if you wish to continue with the order under the amended conditions, or to cancel the order.
Deliveries within Ireland
3-10 business days
Deliveries within the European Union, Great Britain, Norway and Switzerland
4-12 business days
In many cases, the items will arrive quicker than the indicated times but, unfortunately, on rare occasions, deliveries are delayed and shipments take longer than indicated above to arrive.
Returns
If we have supplied you with the wrong product or the shipment is damaged, please contact us to arrange for replacement. If you are not satisfied with a product you must advise us and return the item(s) at your own expense within 14 days. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods. The goods must not used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once the goods are received at Xploreit, we will either issue a refund or replace the item(s) as required. In the latter case, you may have to pay the balance if the replacement is more expensive.

If you are unhappy with the products or service you have received from us, please submit your complaint via the ‘Contact Us’ page on this website or use the email address on your order confirmation email. You can also submit your complaint to an online dispute resolution process operated by the European Commission by clicking on this link.

Limitations
This website contains material which is owned or licensed to us, including the descriptions and graphics pertaining to an item. Reproduction of any material on the website is prohibited. The website must not be used for any purpose other than searching for a map or book or placing an order with us. Unauthorised use of the website or information relating to Xploreit products may give rise to a claim for damages. We may revise the terms of use at any time by amending this page.
Your account with Xploreit
You may not transfer your account to another person or organisation, share it with anyone, or use it to impersonate anyone. You agree that you will provide us with accurate account information (such as your real name, valid email and delivery addresses, and accurate, non-fraudulent payment information). We may terminate your account if we are unable to verify or authenticate the information you provide to us. Accounts may only be created by individuals who are able to enter into legally binding and enforceable contracts.
Legal Matters
These Terms and Conditions and all related matters are governed and interpreted in accordance with Irish law, and you consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed from the rest of these Terms and Conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
